In this short piece, we examine three aspects of the work of recently crowned Nobel Laureate, Richard Thaler (also known as the “father of behavioral economics”). Specifically, we look at three principles that impact mediation and mediators: the endowment effect, mental accounting and fairness/ultimatum games.
